Recipe: Raspberry & Marzipan Crush Cocktail

We may be closed until 19th January, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a taste of Mickeys at home!

Our Bar Manager. Andy, has whipped up a delicious winter cocktail for you to enjoy at home while our doors are closed. His Raspberry and Marzipan Crush is the perfect tipple to sip while you wind down next to the fire.


4 x Raspberries

Splash of Lime Juice

25ml Amaretto

25ml Spiced Havanna Rum

Splash of Framboise Raspberry Syrup

Crushed Ice

75ml Raspberry Crush

Crushed Ice

Mint Leaves


  1. Place 3 of the raspberries in a tumbler glass. Add the lime juice and crush the raspberries into a pulp.
  2. Pour in the amaretto, rum and the raspberry syrup. Stir the mixture together.
  3. Crush your ice and fill the glass just over half way.
  4. Add the raspberry crush and mix again.
  5. Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice and stir.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with the remaining rasberry and mint leaves.
